Try some changes: Try looking at your lifestyle and what you eat first. If you smoke, drink alcohol, or are overweight, those can aggravate. Citrus, carbonated beverages, onions, peppers (even green), chocolate and mint can aggravate reflux also. Consider a trip to see your doctor if the problem has persisted or worsenened.
