i have small hiatal hernia. no gerd symptoms or heartburn. what are the chances it will get bigger and give me symptoms ? ty

Hiatal Hernia: Hiatal hernia will slowly stretch and may give you symptoms. It may run in families. If your parents have GERD, then you may develop GERD. No need to do anything until you have symptoms. Hiatal hernias are easily fixed.
