No, junk food: Will only provide "empty calories" that make you sluggish w/out giving you nutrition. A visit to a nutritionist is the best place to start. You need lots of protein, fats and some carbs. Good fat, like marine fish oil, coconut oil, etc. Not vegetable fat, especially not high fructose corn syrup. Peace and good health.
