I went a & e last week. i had bad chest pain, my left arm ace.belly & back pain too. doc said i have costochondritis or teitzes syndrome.what is this?

These joints can get arthritis, similar to any other joint in the body. This can cause a chest pain which the patient fears is cardiac in origin, but in fact is benign, usually resolving without medication or with anti-inflammatory meds like Aspirin or ibuprofen.
