2nd opinion: If your ekg is normal, and treadmill and you have a history of costochondritis, then you may benefit from having a neuromusculoskeletal examination (nmm) done by a do, who can check, correlate your pinched nerve to your rib issues, and the dull pain in the left breast and arm while checking your neck out too. Not sure where herniation is, but they can check it out too! it's worth it, and related.
