Post total thyroidectomy last yr. my tsh is 15.07 and i've been having chest pain, which my gp & endo believe it's the tsh and anemia. is it possible?

Yes: A TSH of 15 indicated thyroid hormone deficiency and if you also have anemia the two could cause multiple symptoms. Please follow your doctors' advice for treatment and follow-up care.
