Endometriosis: Unfortunately, these are symptoms of endometriosis. Endometriosis occurs when glandular cells from within the uterus escape out if the uterus and into the wall of the uterus or into the abdomen. This can cause pain, bloating, irregular periods, pain with bowel movements or urination. It should be treated by a gynecologist specializing in endometriosis to try to keep it under control.
