Duphaston is a progestin and is used to compensate for inadequate progesterone manufacture by the ovarian corpus luteum. If your cycle has not started in 5-7 days , obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Ask your gyn physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to evaluate tubal patentcy depending on how long conception has been delayed.
