Possible: Although endometriosis is a known factor that makes getting pregnant complicated, nonetheless, there are women who succeed with getting pregnant even having endometriosis. The only way to know is to keep doing pregnancy tests. I don't see another way.

Test Again: It sounds like you did the test too soon and the results are not valid. Please, now that you have a delayed period it is time to do a real and valid test. Please follow the instructions on the test and repeat it today.
