Abdominal fullness: You could get a blood HCG at an urgent care or a sono gram that would be more definitive .Other causes could be constipation,food intolerances, IBS, gastritis, H pylori, UTI, ovarian cysts, possible vaginal/ tube infection. Follow up with doctor/ urgent care/ ER.
