Assume you mean the: "stackers" energy pills. The original ones had ephedrine, (ephedrine sulfate) widely used in both eastern and western medicine as a stimulant and appetite suppressant, but banned several years ago by the fda . The drug now contains a lot of caffeine, which certainly can produce dependency and herbal products. Regular use of caffeine can cause severe headaches and other symptoms when stopped. You can wean off it.
