Unlikely: Decongestants usually do not clear eustachian tube obstruction with mucus. It would not be harmful to try sudafed, but if say 5 days of treatment does not help, i would not continue. Trying decongestant nasal drops and lying down with your head turned to the side may allow the drops to get into the tube and might give some relief. In general, these are viral infections and immunity will cure.
