What is normal ?: Are you asking if drinking lots of milk will reverse the damage of a carious lesion? If so, the answer is no. Your teeth need to be restored and your gums need to be treated. After that, healthy habits will help maintain them.

Normal?: Unlike the bones of your body, milk will not strengthen your teeth after they have erupted into your mouth. Any otc mouthwash with Fluoride will have very little effect on strengthening the enamel of your teeth. There are some prescription Fluoride rinses and toothpastes that can be more effective. Discuss with your dentist all the ways to keep your teeth clean and healthy.
