Could everyone see cardiologist for follow up after a cardio related test?

See Cardiologist.: Your primary care physician could certainly go over the results of cardiac testing with you. That being said, anyone would be entitled to a consultation with the cardiologist, even if it is for a second opinion regarding test results.
