If 800 mg of ibuprofen does not work, how many tylenol (acetaminophen) 650 mg arthritis 8 hour tablets should i take with it?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) + ibuprofen: No interaction here so the answer is the same whether taking taking ibuprofen or not - as long as liver function is good. So, one cn take 3000-4000 mg aslirin per day in divided doses. Use the smaller dose for small persons.
