Pain medications: Yes, you can take tylenol (acetaminophen) in addition to a NSAID such as Ibuprofen or celebrex, but you do not want to take both medications on a regular basis. Often the occasional dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) will provide good relief :).

Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) should not be a problem if you are on celebrex. Check with your doctor though if you are unsure. People with liver disease should not take tylenol (acetaminophen) and in general, people should not take more than 3000mg a day of tylenol (acetaminophen). A regular strength tylenol (acetaminophen) is 325mg and an extra strength is 500mg.
