Weight loss story: My story would be about a patient who came into my office at the age of 65, retired, but stuck in a wheel chair because of horrible arthritis. She was no longer independent. She couldn't enjoy the retirement she had worked so hard for. She wasn't a candidate for knee replacement because of her weight. About 100 lbs and 1 yr later, she walked into my office, no wheelchair, happy and independent.
