What does this mean(x-ray reading):slightly limited inspiration on lateral view compressing the basilar parenchyma ?

Incomplete breath: It means that the radiologist felt that you did not take a complete breath in (or the pictures were taken after you started exhaling) during the process of getting the X-ray.
