Do i need a calorie surplus if i are progressively overloading with weights?

Rephrased...: if you're lifting weights to gain muscular size, then you should have a BIT of a caloric surplus. Don't go to town with yourself as ultimately you want to gain lean mass and not just get bulky and fat. Always think health. Keep the foods healthy and low fat, higher protein, complex carbohydrates and fiber.
