SCI: You seem to fear subjective cognitive impairment, but unlikely to have alzheimer's , at your age, unless there are genetic relatives who have mutations. Many other causes of forgetfulness such as thyroid, vitamin deficiency, medication adverse effects, recreational drugs. Have your doctor assess your cognitive fnctn and proceed from there.
