Please let me know if there is really a treatment for early onset alzheimers?

Yes: Early ad is treated with cholinesterase inhibitors(donepizil, rivastigmine or galantamine). There are lots of clinical trials as well studying new drugs and approaches to early ad. In addition, cognitive rehab is available to exercise the brain and attempt to maintain cognition and fucntion as well as to cope with this chronic illness.
