A member asked:

Could all very fat/morbidly obese people have large bones and big muscles?

Obese bones: I have been surprised by the muscles in the obese. There seems to be a point where an obese person has bigger muscles than their counterpart-likely due to the increase weight they are carrying around everywhere they go, 24 hours a day. That is, until their activity level slows down. I once took care of a football player, who was pure muscle, but got injured, and weight shot up 100lbs in 1 year.
