Your Ht is fine: Your bones are likely as long as they are going to be. Work on posture if it is not already good. Work on healthy living habits of sleep, exercise, nutrition, relationships & love yourself. Muscle building training is best under skilled supervision. I don't consider you short. I am 5'5" & play basketball, height does not have to stop you from what you want to do.
