Not much: An impacted canine is a tooth that does not erupt into the mouth. It is up in the bone. In most situations, you won't know you have one unless you have an x-ray taken. In most situations, the baby canine does not fall out. The only way to get the impacted tooth in is to see an orthodontist for orthodontic treatment and an oral surgeon for exposure of the tooth.
