See below: You can determine this if you can not fall asleep at your regularized bedtime, toss and turn in bed, have trouble waking up at your previously set time, and/or wake up throughout the night. Try to avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, large meals, virgorous exercise, electronics use before bed time to help with your sleeping patterns. Hope this helps!
