Unlikely: It is extremely difficult to loose fat from a localized area of body by excercising. By following regular exercise and healthy diet it is possible to loose weight and body fat, but not in a specifc body part as such. If you want to concentrate on one muscole group for some reason then you can possibly resort to exercising specific group of muscles and strengthen them. I hope that helps Good Luck
