Help please! when they say not to take aspirin or paracetomol with gingko biloba, do they mean over a long period of time?

Anticoagulation: Gingko biloba side effects are controversial for thinning the blood. Aspirin is well known for that side effect. So when they say not to take, they mean that your blood can get too thin and have more bruising, bleeding or trouble clotting blood.
