Likely: It's normal to have aches and pains in the lower pelvis and legs during pregnancy. Having said that, i see that you are on aspirin. Is there a reason that the doctors maybe worried about your formation of a blood clot? Women who are pregnant are at increased risk for blood clots in the leg. May want to see your doctor asap to discuss this pain and rule out a blood clot.
