No, no use.: I would say that it won't be necessary to add either paracetamol or/and aspirin. If the pain is due to a muscle spasm (which is a common cause) i would suggest adding a muscle relaxant and a warm compress. You could also a muscle rub that contains menthol or camphor.

Not a great idea: I wouldnt take Aspirin with another anti inflammatory. It could increase odds for bleeding in your stomach. Take on or the other.
