Inflammation: Ibuprofen and Aspirin are part of a class of drugs called non-steroidal anti-inflammatories. While they reduce pain and fever, they also reduce inflammation, paracetamo, a mild analgesic, l is similar to tylenol, (acetaminophen) which only is useful for pain and fever.
