I was wondering what're some good supplements to take for depression when out of antidepressant?

Depression: Supplements like st. John's wort can help mild to moderate depression, but severe depression really needs specialized psychiatric care. Antidepressants are often very helpful, and psychotherapy is essential also. You really cannot substitute supplements for antidepressants; the results are not equivalent. Please contact you doctor and get a refill of your medicines in you're out.
