No....: This bug is not related with varicocele, which happen to some 10-15% of adult men with no clinical significant in most of them. And i would interpret this but in semen very carefully with no other lab and clinical parameters. Your weird feeling in left groin/testicle requires assessing hx of detailing feature, degree, and sequence of event of the symptoms, and physicals at least so to deduce...
