Probably not, but...: First, make sure that ua was done with carefully collected midstream urine specimen, especially for sexually active females. As a result, some or few wbcs, bacteria, or yeasts alone should not assume to have kidney infection without assessing overall clinical, especially systemic sx, pictures and imaging evidence. It has been a relative common practice among pcp/er with such assumption.
