Listen to your body: Taking breaks every 2-3 minutes is the best way to exercise. Rhythmic movements to improve circulation to the entire body for 2-3 minutes then a few minutes of challenging exercise followed by 2-3 minutes gentle rhythmic movement should keep cardiac output high and prevent dysfunctional stress.
