Noticed that my muscles & tendons get stiff very quickly, possibly because of sitting all day in office bcs never suffered from this before. it has started bothering me on daily basis, i do daily stretching, are there any exercise programs to follow?

the best thing you can do is get up from your chair every one to two hours and walk around the room, bend down and stretch. have a cup or glass of water and go back to work.
