NORMAL?: I'm not sure that a pulse of 188 is desirable. You might try the same exercise without addresll and see what happens. But what's your resting heart rate and blood pressure? If you were taking Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) without an increased heart rate/ blood pressure, i would be more comfortable. As it is, i'm not.
