See below: If you are experiencing trouble sleeping in addition to possible restless legs syndrome or nocturnal legs cramps, it is advisable to consult a sleep medicine specialist. More history is needed to determine the exact nature of your leg pain ; sleeping issues. Do you have an urge to move them? You may try streching them before bed and keeping hydrated to see it that helps somewhat. Hope that helps!
