Fatigue: the key before any good exercise is appropriate stretching,lack of stretching will created a muscle fatigue and damage your neuropathy is related to spasm in the muscle that is pressing against the nerve. the second most important factor is adequate hydration, the third is a quality hydration by drinking a sport drink like Gatorade to avoid electrolyte abnormality.
