Pain: Two things come to mind. 1-you may have a local inflammation of the ribs, called chostochondritis. 2- you may have a breast cyst. Either condition is usually self limited and will go away on its own. Try a nonsteroidal like ibuprofen. If still persistent after 10 days see your doc.
