Not likely: The pain of heart attack is generally a steady aching, pain or pressure sensation. However, it can present in many different ways. The pain you describe does not sound like a heart attack. Other possibilities to worry about include blood clot in the lungs. Best to see your doctor, or go to an urgent care, especially if any other symptoms such as shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness etc.
