Pain under the right breast, below the right armpit, the right backside, right shoulder blade and right top shoulder. sometimes the pain goes intense and sharp, but mostly dull. is this a referred pain from any of my organs. it has been about a year?

Yes visceral organs can rarely refer pain to these parts of the body (usually they're just beneath the diaphragm like the liver/gallbladder), however many other neurologic/orthopedic conditions can cause similar discomfort.
