Probable nerve: compression secondary to muscular spasm, strain, overuse tendinitis or previous trauma. If not allergic, I suggest use of NSAIDS ( Aleve OR Advil- generics OK-carefully follow recommended dosing schedule) ) PLUS the use of a reliable sports linament ( BioFreeze) topically, 3 times daily as needed. Gym bra or sports bra may be beneficial.
