Need doc: Assuming these diagnoses were made with appropriate imaging and are correct, then you need to inform the treating doctor. "plan b" may be in order. Were you instructed to modify certain life style issues such as drinking alcohol and smoking and you didn't? The medications need help from the patient. Monitor your stool for black tarry stools which are a sign of bleeding in esophagus and/or stomach.
