Peyronie's Disease: Named after francoise de la peyronie's, curvature of the penis is due to scarring/fibrosis/calcification of the elastic tissue in the penis. There is an existing medication with new fda approval/indication to "relax" the tissue: xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) is a Collagenase injected into the peyronie's plaque much as it is used in dupytren's contracture. I, l personally, don't recommend ca++ channel blockers.
