Wait ; see: Men can get breast cancer, although not as commonly as females. If painful and responds to rx your doc gave you then it was inflammation. However if not resolving should be checked out to differentiate between benign cyst vs the more concerning but less common cancer. Although an ultrasound is helpful, a biopsy is definitive, which should be performed by surgeon or dermatologist.
