After looking at my x-ray and my wisdom teeth, my new dentist said he didn't think i had an infection, but i know i do. is it possible he's wrong?

We are all human: We are all human and can make a mistake. The good ones make it rarely and the bad ones all the time. That's for all professions and businessmen and not just dentists. I would be curious to know why you thought you were right and he was wrong. It's also possible he's right!

Well...: Sure...But is it possible you're wrong? I think a dentist looking at x-rays (which show infections), would have a bit more backing to his diagnosis. Now, of course there is always a chance he is wrong, but it depends on what you are basing your opinion off of?
