Implant abutments: Yes. There are prefabricated abutments that can be rotated to some extent as well as custom made abutments that can be made to fit the existing angulation requirement. However, this is done during the planning and design phase and not something that can\should be done at a later time.

Directionally: yes your friend is right abutments can come in a variety of angulations and can be customized to fit in a certain position.

Yes: We have on the market angle abutments, but also we can customize one . Today on age we can fabricate everything by computers ( cat/ cam system)
