Ringworm: A round red bordered rash sounds like ringworm. Just a reminder this is not truly a worm but is a fungal infection. This can happen at multiple sites but should not hurt or itch very much. If it is swollen or very itchy it might also be hives or an immune reaction. Responding to treatment with an anti fungal cream will confirm the diagnosis.
