Bump not ring worm: This may be erythema nodosum.See a dermatologist for clarification.

Itchy bump: These are more suggestive of insect bites. Ringworm or fungal skin infections tend to be scaley,flatish lesions. If more bumps appear, have your physician or a dermatologist examine you for diagnosis.
