Everyone says i have a ringworm but it did not ooze nor did it dry out like normal ring worms do. i have a red circle in 2 spots on my leg with bruise?

Get examined please: Ring worm is a fungal infection of skin. It is circular Ring like lesion, with clear center, Itchy, does not have to be "oozy"( if scratched very hard). But cannot diagnose like this anyway.
